Thank you for sharing this important information! This is scary. It makes me skeptical of my artificial tears “Vital Tears”.  I think they’re ok and working but one can never be one hundred percent sure. If anyone hears information about other artificial tears please share. When we share we are stronger together!

I have seen reports here and there of this but this is absolutely horrifying! I am so glad I didn't change to the preservative free eye drops when recommended. Thank you for sharing this!
