I have been in discussion with the Holiday Inn in Concord.

 

The dates we wanted for the convention are unavailable.

 

The only Friday and Saturday available in September are the 13th and 14th.

 

The room rates quoted to me are $209 per night per room.

 

Additional individual costs will be the banquet and a $15 registration fee.

 

Given the costs I have presented, I need to know how many people will be
willing and able to attend this convention before I commit the affiliate to
this.

 

A reply by you is urgent, whether YES or NO.
