Convention plans are changing.




The cost of the rooms is keeping people from attending. We want the convention to include as many people as can possibly attend. 




For this reason, for this year, we will again go with a single day convention.




The date is September 14th, still at the Concord Holiday Inn. The cost is $15.00 for registration. We are currently reviewing the contract with the hotel, so the cost for a luncheon has yet to be determined.




We intend to move the 2025 convention to April, when rooms are more affordable (about half the price) and we can have the overnight the affiliate would like.




Based on this, please let me know if you still intend to attend. I need to be able to plan food with the hotel.
