[NHLakesChapter] Upcoming convention

Dear Randi, Sheryl & Fred,

Thank you for all your efforts planning our next convention!

There is nothing wrong with a 1-day convention.  Cost to our members as well as the affiliate is an ongoing concern.  I personally don’t have a lot to spend. 

If you need more time to plan, you could consider moving it to mid September , after Labor Day & before ’leaf peepers’. 
A central venue is an advantage. Elks Halls, community centers & church parish halls are usually handicapped accessible & have kitchen facilities. I’ll see if I can figure out alternative places.
