[NHLakesChapter] Survey regarding transportation

Hello
I wanted to forward on something from Mid-state Transit/Concord Area
Transit that might be of interest to folks in the Lakes region area;
the planning commission for the area is asking for input from people
who need transportation in the area for planning purposes. I am
copying the link below, but if you can't access it, give me a call and
I'll help you through it if you're interested in forwarding
information to agencies who might be able to help in the area improve
access and resources. They're collecting info until April 1, so if you
want to fill it out, please do so by then.
