[NHLakesChapter] Final 2 questionable followers

Hi Carolyn,
Those names are unknown to me. I do not do Facebook & prefer that my image & name not be included. I decided this policy years ago due to security problems. I’m sure it’s better now, but I still don’t Facebook! You’ve done well to clean it up!
