This is Joanne Jordan here. Here are my top three choices for box lunches
for the 2024 state convention.

Oven Roasted Turkey and Brie - with Arugula, Pickled Red Onion, Cranberry
Compote & Cucumber on Ciabatta Bread.

 

Honey Ham and Sliced Granny Smith Apple - with Swiss Cheese, Romaine, Honey
Dijon Aioli & Tomato on a Potato Roll.

 

Roasted Vegetable Delight - Boursin Cheese, Assorted Roasted Vegetables,
Pesto, Arugula, and Rosemary on Ciabatta Bread.

 

Dessert: *Jam Shortbread Bars with Streusel Topping

Please note that the listed cost does not include taxes, etc.

 

Boxed Lunch

$18.50 per person

Choice of up to three options:

Boxed lunches include whole fruit, potato chips, and a bottled water.

Grain Oat Bread

 

Roasted Vegetable Delight - Boursin Cheese, Assorted Roasted Vegetables,

Wraps:

Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap - Grilled Chicken, Romaine Lettuce, Shaved
Parmesan Cheese, and House Made Croutons on a Whole Wheat Wrap

 

Tarragon Chicken Salad Wrap - Chicken Salad made with Cranberries, Walnuts,
Celery and Leaf Lettuce on a Whole Wheat Wrap

 

Chicken Cobb Salad Wrap - Smoked Bacon, Hard-Boiled Egg, Tomato, Avocado,
