[NHLakesChapter] New England Disabled Sports Skiing Event Opportunity

Hello everyone,

I received the following information from Jason Lafontaine of NEDS.

NEDS was approved for a partial grant for individuals who are blind or have Visual Impairments to ski with them.  They received funding for 4 athletes with VI to ski or ride with them for an overnight adventure.

They can provide:
One night's lodging at the MT Club on Loon Sunday Feb 9th.
One full day of skiing/ riding with NEDS Monday Feb 10th.
One $75 gift card for food.
One $65 gift card for gas.

They can offer this event for 4 individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
This event is open to people age 4 and up.
They can accommodate minors but they would need to share the room with their parent/caregiver.

Interested parties will need to submit an application.

I have been asked to forward the names and contact information of interested parties by December 10.

NEDS will then send out an application.
