If you turned off the phone, you can turn it on again by holding the lock button for the same interval of how long you held it down to turn it off. What model IPhone are you using, out of curiosity? That may change how some of the buttons work.

Sincerely

Andrew Harmon

Nothing works! I can’t even get Siri to talk!

I tried to ask an elderly woman how to play a youtube video and she had to go and then I couldn’t turn on my phone agiain.

Try double-tapping with three fingers and see if that re-engages Voiceover? You could also try closing any apps from the app switcher by double-tapping the home button (if you have one).

Hello

If that doesn’t work, you may have to completely power down the phone and turn it back on after a short pause of a minute or two. The phone should remember what apps you had open before the forced power cycle.

Sincerely

Turning

 On voice-over Hello Jody

This is Joanne Jordan here. My iPhone is frozen. I can’t turn on voice-over. Can you tell me how to turn on voice-over? I can’t communicate at all!
