[NHLakesChapter] Fundraiser

Good evening, NFB Lakes Regions Chapter friends,

 It's been a long day and the last 45 days. So many trips, loading, unloading, collaboration, timing, miles driven, but WE DID IT!!! We raised money for our affiliate independently, and it was a huge success!! 

I will certainly send out a summary of our collection, monies donated to our organization. Hope you're all having a good time in New Orleans, thinking of you and missed you all today. It took at village and we got our job done. I look forward to our next update together. I am proud of what my personal support team did for the NFB. We are exhausted, but fulfilled our intention and obligation to the needs of the National Federation of the Blind. We have proven that with team effort, we can achieve anything. I'm so grateful for all those who participated. I look forward to sharing the final results. Let’s all look forward to our next fundraising drive with the casino, where we will have 10% of the proceeds, that will be amazing! We are well on our way to becoming more self-sufficient and providing the needs of our members. We are all better together!

Thank you for trusting me in this journey and endeavor. I am grateful, so grateful to those who help make this a success for us.
