[NHLakesChapter] Opportunity to give input on Transportation in your community

I would say try to avoid repeating other commentary given as the legislators get annoyed by this. That being said, some ideas are important and bear being restated, such as “We don’t have access to transportation around here”. It might be good to showcase how more access would help you specifically if that is indeed the case where you live.

Good luck and thank you for taking the time to participate in whichever meeting you can get to!

Sincerely

Andrew Harmon

Thank you for this important information Andrew. If we do go in person any pointers you could offer?

Kind regards,

Kelley Snyder

Hello all

I want to share with everyone something important that is going on in our state over various different communities. The Governor’s Advisory Committee on Intermodoal Transportation or GACIT is holding it’s every 2-year series of advisory meetings in the state. This is a good opportunity to give feedback on the transportation options, or lack thereof, in your community. Below is the list of meetings throughout the different areas of the state. Also, just before the table, I will list how you can participate if you can’t be in person or have missed the public meeting:

Dept. of Transportation site:

You can also write, email, or call the department at the following:

contacting the Bureau of Planning & Community Assistance at the Department of Transportation

(603-271-3344).

Those not able to attend the Hearings in person can submit written testimony until November 6,

2025, at 4 PM to the address below or by email to

william.e.watsonjr at dot.nh.gov <mailto:william.e.watsonjr at dot.nh.gov> .
