[NHLakesChapter] Coast to Coast movement challenge

​Hello, all! As the Dog Star, Sirius, moves across the day sky—marking the dog days of summer and steering us toward the cooler, crisper days of autumn—I am excited to introduce the National Federation of the Blind’s Coast to Coast Movement Challenge!As some of you might recall during our last chapter meeting, New Hampshire has joined the rest of New England in a multi-state venture to get moving and raise monies for National.  The gist of it is fundraising and movevent.  We are being asked to Move it, Move it (as King Julian would say) and to get others ⁸to move with us for the Month of October. Some walk, some swim, some pedal, some dance. Whatever movement is to you and your group of family and friends. Our goal is to ask others to participate and donate $25 each, raising a minimum of $250.  Use social media to get the word out! Talk to people.  I have verbiage in the tool kit sent by the organizers to share in a separate email.  The President on NFBMA, Shara, spearheaded the New England movement.  She figures collectively we can  "walk" from one New England capital to another making it a round trip of 793 miles.  Our movement here in NH may be small, but we can be mighty! I'm looking forward to working with all of you and am happy to answer any questions. If I don't have an answer,  I'll do my darkest to find one.
