Hello again!

 

First off- thank you to President Deanna for your wonderful words of support for this endeavor. National has provided for us in the past and this will be a great way for us to give back.

 

As promised, I have the skinny on how the donation page for the Coast to Coast Movement Fundraiser works. I will do my best to lay it out here but as I have been saying - please feel free to reach out 603-686-0640 and if you have any questions!

 

When a donor clicks on the link, they will be directed to fill in their personal information. After that will be ta choice to pick in honor of, in memory of or none. They should pick in honor of.

 

The next stats that they would like would be the person that the donor is supporting! So if President Deanna has her friend, Mary, donate then  Mary would put Deanna's information. This will prompt a note to Deanna to let her know that a donation has been made in her honor and she will be able to send a thank you to that person.  Mary would also make a notation in the comment box saying New Hampshire Affiliate so that our state gets credit for that donation. 

 

If you, a member of the affiliate, are making a donation then you will skip where you fill in the information unless you would like to send yourself a thank you note  😄 but you still make a notation in the comment box for the New Hampshire Affiliate.

 

Then, of course, is the payment information. 

 

If someone is not comfortable using the website directly, there is a telephone number in the tool kit that they can call to make a donation over the phone.  And in the off chance a donor would like to give you cash, you can use your personal card but put in the donor's information so they can be acknowledged for their gift and of course pocket the cash.

 

For those of you who have already reached out, I hope this simplifies things.
