Cindy  was a longtime resident of Chicago where she worked as a counselor and social worker. She moved to  Keene  about  10 years ago and then she moved to Manchester more recently. Cindy was also a long time graduate of The Seeing Eye getting her first guide dog in her freshman year of college.
