Hi Deb and NFB NH Friends,

Great news—thank you, Deb for getting Team Equalizers registered and ready
to go! I checked last week and confirmed that my employer, CVS Health /
Aetna, is still offering a corporate match up to $5,000 for 2026, so I’m
excited to take advantage of that and start fundraising as soon as
possible. I’m looking forward to joining Team Equalizers again and sharing
the campaign on LinkedIn and Facebook.

Deb, would you mind sending along the direct link to the Equalizers team
page? I always seem to have trouble finding it at first, but once I’m
signed up it’s much easier to share and raise funds.

I am also really looking forward to walking in person again at the Walk for
Sight, on May 16. It might be fun to create an in person walking group and
maybe plan a casual NFB-NH picnic lunch afterward on the State House
lawn—people could bring chairs or blankets, and we could order sandwiches
or meet at a nearby restaurant.

On another note, Kevin and I had planned to join everyone at The Nash on
Friday the 13th, as we both took the afternoon off from work however last
week that changed. He’s been dealing with some medical issues that resulted
in an ER visit last week. He's currently on bed rest until at least
Tuesday. We’re seeing a specialist then and hoping for an easy recovery,
but we’d really appreciate keeping him in your prayers.

One last thing, if any of you think of it, it would also be wonderful if
someone could take a group photo at the Nash and include a quick image
description. For public relations purposes it would be great to share a
photo of the event on the NFB-NH website and social media. And if folks
have the means to also share the Hannaford bag fundraiser or the Nash event
online, it really helps reinforce the messages and sometimes people need to
hear something a few times before it sticks.

Have a great rest of the weekend everyone and huge thanks to Deb, and
Melissa for spearheading these fundraising efforts, phenomenal work!

Go Equalizers!

Warmly,
Kelley
