<div dir="auto">Hello NFB NH, </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Loss and grieving is part of life\u2019s processes. But when it hits close to home we all get this feeling of wait, I need to process. Let me just be to ponder, reflect, and find gracious space to honor our feelings and those we loss. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Dr. Elizabeth Kuebler Ross wrote the book on death and dying that taught us, and myself, to try and accept the five stages of grief with gracious space for our hearts, minds, and spirit. Don\u2019t tell yourself to get over it, allow yourself to work through your feelings and emotions in your own time.</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Step one is denial</div><div dir="auto">Step two is anger</div><div dir="auto">Step three is bargaining </div><div dir="auto">Step four is depression</div><div dir="auto">Step five is acceptance </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">We may go through each stage but bounce between them as well. I am here to support any of you going through these stages as we mourn our loved one. <div dir="auto">Ok here we go. Will make note tried captioning the best I could. The two slides I somehow forgot is slide 3 and 5. Three is Irene and Tony on an outing thinking vacation. Five where it says celebrating a milestone its both of them while we were
having dinner out during state convention weekend. I believe it was Tonys Birthday. The other captions on scenic photos are quick hope readers pick it up. Otherwise enjoy.
