That decision is not in favor of absentee ballot voting. The argument is based on perceived voter fraud and the inability of those using such ballots to show proper ID in order to secure said ballot. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">It concerns me that NH is more than happy to take away voter rights and may be more strongly inclined to do so with Federal approval. I could be wrong, but I seem to recall reading that the USPS is really targeting States that have not turned over their voter information. Last I heard, New Hampshire had not turned over voter information to the federal government.
