Hello All: 

I came across this link and went to it since I am greatly interested in Heart disease & heart health.  The video is done by a doctor who has heart disease, and while he is selling a book/newsletter, he gives some key information to watch for in caring for your heart.  he discusses heart disease as being an inflammatory condition which is what I have bben taught in my rehab over the last months and getting rid of refined sugars & carbs in the diet to help prevent heart disease.
