Hi Angela; Two things. 1. my new email address is(wardbiondi100 at gmail.com) 2. I use test solution, this is what I do, first I find out if the test solution is on the high or low end of the range. Then, I shake the bottle and let a couple of drops go on to my finger over a sink. Then, i make sure my meter is in controll solution mode. Then i put a drop on my finger and touch the strip just like you would if you were testing, if you get a reading, and if it is in the strip range for eithor high, or low, then you know that your glucomitor is working properly. I try to do this about once a week or so. If you have any questions call me and we'll talk. Ward.
