The National Federation of the Blind of Maryland is running a holiday 
raffle for a chance to win a Wii video game system, plus $300! 
Chances to win are only $10 a piece and there will only be 1,000 chances sold.
The winning number will be drawn on Christmas Eve, or sooner if the
