     I just wanted to let you know that Congressman LoBiondo has
cosponsored HR 734.  I also believe that Congressman Chris Smith's
office was going to contact Congressman Towns's office to add today, but
I am not sure if that has happened yet.  I will send you another message
if that takes place.  Please pass the news about Congressman LoBiondo on
to the rest of our members.  Thank you for your continued hard work on
