[Njagdu] Resources for low income individuals or those in need with assistance for their guide dogs and pets

Thank you Trisha - this looks like a great resource. Have you, or anyone you
know received assistance from any of these organizations? If yes, can you
share more details about it? Also, I'm aware that some states offer a
monthly stipend for dog food, etc. - some through the SNAP program. Does NJ
offer anything?
