[NJAGDU] Lyft and Uber denials

HI all. I've been communicating with Valerie Yingling at national about some Lyft and Uber issues that keep coming up and she has assured me a couple of times that the NFB rideshare survey is in fact still up and being used to track complaints for their advocacy efforts. I am making a point of saying this because I've heard from a couple of people that they didn't think the survey was running anymore. I'm not sure how that belief got started unless it's because the monitoring period for the settlement agreements ended but I really hope people will continue to take a few minutes to complete the survey if denied. I don't know what next steps they might be planning to take with the data but they can only do something if they have data. It's available not just for testers but for any of us getting denied with our dogs. You can just type in nfb.org/rideshare in your browser or go here:
