<DIV>Visually challenged persons</DIV><BR>The law is very specific that vehicles
must give their right-of-way when any of the following crosses any highway or
intersection: blind persons who use a predominantly white or metallic cane,
blind persons accompanied by a guide dog, or a guide dog instructor engaged in
instructing a guide dog. A motorist must stop when he/she sees a person with a
white or metallic “colored” cane or with a guide dog. All motorists must comply
