logging road to the waterfall and the snow mobiles pack that down pretty weel,
making it a great ski trail and a nice mile and a half run down. They love
doing the deep snow, if you don't do it for too long. I also take her long
leash and let her play in the snow. Some folks let their dogs off leash
there, during non-skiing time, but I am too afraid to do that. It's really
great fun. </FONT></DIV>

next year.<BR>Don't the dogs get stuck in the snow, if you take your dog with
you<BR>snowshoeing? Ben doesn't mind stomping through the snow, so long
as it's<BR>not too deep. But, with all we have now, he keeps to the
shovelled spots.<BR> Except when he's gotta do a #2. Somehow, it's
much more fun to do that<BR>on top of a big pile of snow.

Pennsylvania Ski for Light and<BR>> want to urge any of you who like the
outdoors to consider coming next<BR>> year. It is cross country
skiing and each blind person is matched with a<BR>> guide. The dogs
do have to stay in the room while you are skiing, burt<BR>> those of us
with dogs try to do two dog walks a day too. You can take the<BR>>
dogs along if you go snowshoeing. You also have to leave them
for<BR>> sledding. At night we play games, sing around the piano,
knit by the<BR>> fire, whatever. It is the friendliest fun warmest
group I have ever been<BR>> a part of so do consider it for next
year. It is a week long but some of<BR>> us go for a half week.
One of My buddys from high school comes from<BR>> California and goes as a
guide, and a college friend of mine is also<BR>> coming as a guide. I
should have written about it sooner because the week<BR>> starts this
Sunday. They also have a camp session in the summer.<BR>><BR>>
