places of public accommodation? Are there circumstances under which a business
is allowed to refuse access to an individual accompanied by a service animal?
What is the best way to resolve issues that arise because of the choice to use a
service animal? What remedies are available to those who feel their civil rights
have been violated? These questions and many more will be answered in an
upcoming special teleseminar.</P>

division of the National Federation of the Blind, will host “Service Animals in
Places of public Accommodation” on Sunday, August 21, 2011 at 8:00 pm
eastern<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Daylight Time (7:00 pm
Central; 6:00 pm Mountain; and 5:00 pm Pacific). This teleseminar is absolutely
free; however reservations are required. Participation is limited and is on a
first come first served basis.</P>

encourage proactive solutions to the challenges faced by service animal users
