Fortunately, only one of these incidents resulted in serious injury. Each time was absolutely terrifying for me. </div><div><br></div><div>There is a dog down the street who is often in his yard offleash. He barks menicingly, when we are about two houses away. I heed his warning and cross the street in the middle of the block, which is something I am not really happy about having to do. </div><div><br></div><div>I am so pleased that Dusty's law is finally up for review, and grateful that you will be there to represent us. I will be attending the hearing as our representative and president of the New Jersey Association of Guide Dog Users and member of the NFBNJ.
