Several individuals were unable to make our previous hotline staff training, so
I scheduled a make-up session for August 4. I believe I sent a message
concerning this previously but had a question about whether or not this meeting
is still on. If you were unable to make our previous training session or would
like to join us again for a refresher, please see the outline below. The
training will begin promptly at 8:00 p.m. please be on time and ready to
