When I got the notification that the driver was a minute away, I called him and told him I was blind, and to please identify himself to me when he arrived. He agreed and hung up. I said nothing about my guide dog. Between 30 and 45 seconds later I think, the driver abruptly canceled my trip. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I reported the problem after arriving home using the Uber app. There is a specific complaint form concerning service animal problems, and the app tells you now after you hit the submit button that your problem has been successfully submitted.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I just spoke with an Uber employee, who just called me. She refunded my fare, and said she would investigate the problem and continue to update me.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I have already reported this to the NFB via the RideShare form. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Rick fox <o:p></o:p></p></div></body></html>
