I think you might be the third person who has said this is a thing. This is horrendous. Do you plan to complete the NFB rideshare survey? I wonder if they are tracking incidents like this. We should not have to take videos of ourselves, with our masks on, waiting for Ubers and getting denied, but I’m wondering if that is what this is coming to. Have you filed a complaint with Uber yet? Are there any other steps you plan to take?
