[Njtechdiv] friend needs help with a download

Sounds like she's getting the dialog asking her if she wants to run or save this program. Tell her to right-click the link and click "save target as." The save dialog should come up and she can choose where she wants to save the program. Hope this helps.

  Hi tech division members.  a friend of mine wants to download the RS games client, when she clicked the link she heard the computer make a sound.  I told her that she had to alt plus n to bring up the run/save toolbar.  however, just in case the problem is what I think it is where she clicks a link and she is hearing the error sound of Oops can’t click that what should she maybe do with IE that will permit her to download it.  asked this on RS games and all I get was send her a link on drop box.  I don’t use drop box.  also this person is fairly new to using a computer.
