It will be an initiative of ours in the 2014 technology division initiatives 
to get this list up and running with some traffic.
All will be encouraged to use this valuable resource and not feel 
embarrassed in asking for assistance or help.
Others will be asked to give the answers so sorely needed by our 
beginner/intermediate users.
