Hello All,

 

A friend of my named Mario Tobia finally helped me in resolving my problem with JAWS 15. He instructed me to do a full uninstall of JAWS 15, download the latest version from Freedom Scientific’s website, and run the install. After re-installing and resetting my settings, I discovered that my issue was successfully resolved! Just thought I would let you know.
