I was asked by several to assist with their updating so have enclosed the link 
for you here:
Visit the web page below to download and install the latest version of Adobe
Flash Player.  Be sure to uncheck the box for installing Google Chrome and
Tool Bar, which is checked by default.  If you are also using Firefox, copy
and paste this address into the Firefox address bar to download Flash Player
for Firefox, and be sure to uncheck the box for installing McAfee Scecurity
Scan Plus.
