you mean Kaspersky, it's been around since the 90s, but I don't know if 
it's screen reader friendly, and if you rely on speech feedback, it's 
going to be useless, unless there is a feature to enable (screen reader) 
accessibility.  I've also remember that it's interface is at sometimes 
unintuitive because of it's Russian heritage/programming. I don't know 
how accurate it is in catching/detecting the different types of malware, 
like viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, etc, or if it causes false 
positives, meaning it detects something that is malicious when it really 
is not bad.
if you want to try it, it's your call. but I'd research it some more, 
reading reviews, especially by blind users, looking at the mentioned 
points, and also research on the proper way of cleanly (thoroughly) 
uninstalling it if you don't find it to be useful. also before you 
start, find and copy the info to call their customer service and/or 
technical support if you run into problems.
