[Njtechdiv] want to save an MP3.

Hi tech devision members.  am baffled.  I want to save an MP3 someone sent me as an attachment I find the button but all I can do is hit enter it says do you want to open this file played it and when I added it to my windows media player playlist it added the title but not the file.  when I scanned the playlist it said file not found so that means it wasn’t actually saved.  nothing happens with hitting the applications key on the button where the attachment is.  the alt key is bringing up the ribbons in live mail.  how do I save this atttachment and why isn’t the computer giving me the option of open or save?  thanks.  will share file if anyone wants it off list.  a very poinient song called popular thunder by a wonderful singer/facebook friend named kristin.
