[Njtechdiv] Finding background apps on iPhone

I saw that, and the biggest data user, but can I see if it's running
sneakily somewhere, without my actually starting it? Or does that not happen
with the iPhone?

To check your data use, go to settings, cellular, and it lists all the apps
that use data and how much they have used for that period.  The period is
the time from when you last reset it, which you should do once a month, so
it is accurate for that month.
