I would not talk with these bozos, just say "no thanks, not interested." 
and hang up.
Carey engaged a conversation with him because he is more tech savvy than 
the average user. and it was great towards the end, since he works for 
the FTC.

     claims to be from Microsoft, or whatever reputable company, & wants to
     get on your computer, to "Fix it".
     Recorded by a very tecky gentleman with the Federal Trade Commission,
     who really knew how to record it all!
     Pass it on to friends and family, a very important lesson to be learned
     here!
