Hello god father of computers!!!  Well I had it way in the past but not for
some time now.

does your computer have Norton/Symantec antivirus/antimalware protection? if
yes, Norton/Symantec probably was a 30 - 90 day trial and has expired and is
now asking you to log into your account, or create one, and start paying to
continue to recieve definition updates.

if you uninstalled it prior to this message, you may have not thoroughly
gotten rid of Norton.

before I go on, what's the deal, do you have Norton/Symantec anything?
