It is not known how Microsoft is going to be able to identify who uses 
A.T., but the Microsoft accessibility blog has confirmed that the July 
29, 2016 deadline to upgrade to Windows 10 is being extended for people 
who use assistive technologies. And that's all that it does say. It is 
not known how long the extension will be or how users of A.T. will take 
advantage of this offer.
