for those who haven't upgraded by July 29 who use assistive tech, 
contact the answer desk and they will assist you to download and start 
the upgrade process. the phone number is 800-936-5900.

they don't know how long the upgrade process will remain free, but it 
will be until Edge is accessible with Jaws.
