it shouldn't be necessary to unsubscribe from the regular...

all you need to do is login to your subscription with your user id and 
password, move to delivery method and press the space bar on the 
checkbox for digest mode. the single/regular mode will be unchecked 
because there are only two ways you can receive posts from the list 
serve server. don't forget to logout of your subscription when you're done.

you now should stop receiving individual posts and start receiving one 
digest of all posts posted in a day at the end of the day or 1 second 
after midnight, waiting for your review the next day.
