[Njtechdiv] jaws not reading cut paste

hello can any one help me out  please 
this is what is   going on  
jaws does not read all the lines in a cut and paste 
I get aemail in or a email I have in my files 
I go to that email and I cut and paste it in to a new email because I need to make a change in it or add more info to it 
after copying it and pasting it to a new email jaws will not read some of the lines   
I am now in the edit feel now I arrow down so jaws reads the cut and paste email 
jaws reads about three lines and now all it says blank 
the words are there 
if I do this jaws will read it word by word 
I do this I hold down the contact button and push right arrow or left arrow now jaws reads it word by word 
it I use the down arrow jaws will reads some of the line not all of them 
it is like this jaws might say the first name but not the last name or it reads a street addressed it reads the number not the street   but it will say the word avenue but after I email it  to my self jaws reads it all 
if I do this  
this is what happens
I go to the email I need to change and I do a reply or a forward  jaws reads it all with down arrow and I can make any changes  I would like to make in the body of that email 
jaws reads it all no problem  even with the changes
