[Njtechdiv] jaws not reading cut paste

A couple things that sometimes work, jump to the bottom of the file 
with control-end, then back up with control-home. Refresh page with 
insert-escape.  Make sure window is maximized, and make sure there is 
no other weird window that is opened, like an error notification.
