[Njtechdiv] google number and changing the password/message

Got this from a friend and she is in need of assistance
I do not have a google number and thought someone here may be of help***
I need some tech assistance with a Google Phone Number that I have  created. 
It is not allowing me to enter my password so I can change the recorded 
message.  Please Help!  Thank you in advance for your assistance.Keep
