so it's clear. from what I understand, if you make a mistake while you
are typing a reply or forward, you press the backspace, but instead of
hearing the letter you backspaced, you just get a bong, am I right? that
bong is not coming from JAWS.
does the sighted person see any error or any other message when you get
the bong?
is there any other programs running besides JAWS and Windows Live Mail?

this is what is happening in my computer
o k jaws will read my new emails that come in and it also will read the
old ones .
now I am going to reply to that email .
I make up my mind up so I am going to reply .
I start to type my reply and as I type jaws reads letter by letter now I
spelled a word wrong I do what it takes to read it back to me and
jawsdoes not read it back also I use the back space key and all it does
is bbong
but this happens in reply to all ,and also in forwarding .
but I have a person with site they tell me it is on my screen
I am asking is this a jaws or windows problem and do you know how to fix it
this is the steps I took
I cleaned out any bugs.and checked for any viruses all clean .
I took out jaws and reloaded it no change .
I also cleaned house took out any emails not needed I am using jaws
11 and windows 7 and my fire wall is avast please help me from frustrated
