[Njtechdiv] need help with windows ten and mail

please all I am askin for is if some one can help me with just four things 
I have jaws 18,windows ten and mail 
one is how to delete the  hole  list of the inmail box at one time 
two is make new file names 
to save a email  or key strokes  
three is to find my email contacts  
four I know how to open a new email but I do not know how to put the first email address so my computer can read it 
also why it will not sent it out  
I use alt s or  control enter and it will not go out
