[Njtechdiv] Google Chrome Question.

David,

Not sure what happened, but now they are working for me. I have always pressed keys in the manner you describe. I don’t know what happened between this afternoon and tonight, but now both the backspace & the alt-left—arrow seem to work the way they should.

Thanks to all.

Eileen

p.s. With alt, control, or shift key commands, it generally works best to hold down the modifier key, then press the second key, i.e. hold down alt, then press left arrow. That way both keystrokes register. Sometimes when you press two keys at the same time, one is missed.

Eileen, try pressing control+w or control+f4. does that work?

  Hi All,
I’ve been using Google Chrome on/off and it seems pretty decent, except
that I can’t figure out how to go back to the previous page. In Internet
Explorer I am able to use either the backspace key or Alt-left-arrow.
They don’t work in Chrome so I am wondering if anyone on list knows what
  the keyboard command is?
  Thanks in advance.
  Eileen
