for windows 10 home, microsoft had removed that feature, but in windows 
10 pro, the non security updates can be at least delayed (deferred) for 
up to 365 days and the security updates for up to 31 days. the only 
edition of windows where the updates can be turned off is in windows 10 
enterprise since Microsoft realizes that the IT department of an 
enterprise is going to handle the updates for the employees.
