[Njtechdiv] Captcha

I'm trying to email my rep, Josh Gottheimer, to tell him to vote No on
HR620, but I am totally defeated by the captcha.  I hit enter on the
checkbox that says I am not a robot, then I hunt around for "get an audio
challenge" and click that, and then it says I'm a robot, get lost.  This is
so frustrating!!!!

I remember I had this problem before, and solved it by using another
computer, but now I can't do it with that computer, either.
